This AWS training programme consists of four certifications, outlined below:

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner – Foundation

•    Define what the AWS Cloud
•    Describe key AWS Cloud architectural principles
•    Explain the AWS Cloud value proposition
•    Define the Pricing, Billing and Account management models
•    Describe essential key services on the AWS platform
•    Explain fundamental compliance and security aspects of the AWS platform and the shared security model

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Foundation Exam Details

• Exam Format – Multiple choice & multiple answer.
• Duration – 90 minutes.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate

•    Gain hands-on experience using compute, networking, storage and database AWS services
•    Understand how to use AWS deployment and management services
•    Identify and define technical requirements for an AWS-based application
•    Understand basic architectural principles of building on the AWS Cloud
•    Learn the AWS global infrastructure
•    Understand security features and tools that AWS provides

AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Exam Details

•    Exam Format – Multiple choice, multiple answer.
•    Duration – 130 minutes.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional

•    Implement cost-control strategies
•    Migrate complex, multi-tier applications (on AWS)
•    Select the most appropriate AWS service to design and deploy an application
•    Design and deploy reliable applications on AWS

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Exam Details* 

•    Exam Format – Multiple choice & multiple answer.
•    Duration – 180 minutes.

AWS Fundamentals in DevOps

•    Use the principal concepts and practices behind the DevOps methodology.
•    Design and implement an infrastructure on AWS that supports one or more DevOps development projects.
•    Use AWS CloudFormation and AWS OpsWorks to deploy the infrastructure necessary to create development, test, and production environments for a software development project.
•    Use AWS CodeCommit and AWS CodeBuild to understand the array of options for enabling a Continuous Integration environment on AWS.
•    Use AWS CodePipeline to design and implement a Continuous Integration and Delivery pipeline on AWS.
•    Implement several common Continuous Deployment use cases using AWS technologies, including blue/green deployment and A/B testing.
•    Distinguish between the array of application deployment technologies available on AWS (including AWS CodeDeploy, AWS OpsWorks, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Amazon EC2 Container Service, and Amazon EC2 Container Registry), and decide which technology best fits a given scenario.
•    Use Amazon EC2 Systems Manager for patch management.
•    Leverage Automated Testing in different stages of a CI/CD pipeline.
•    Fine-tune the applications you deliver on AWS for high performance and use AWS tools and technologies to monitor your application and environment for potential issues.

AWS Fundamentals in DevOps Exam Details

There is no exam required for this training course. 

* The AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional Exam can only be requested once learners have passed their Practitioner and Associate exams. AWS Professional exam voucher must be requested within 6 months of completing the Career Academy Programme.

Enrolment and Studying  

Our Career Academy Programme process is very simple. After your enrolment, you will be assigned a dedicated Success Coach, who will:

• Hold a welcome call with you, to go over:
  • The course programme schedule
  • Provide information of the course, such as required books, coaching, homework sessions, exam resits, notification of any classroom changes, and more.
  • Ensure all enrolment agreements are completed and that you’re aware of the duration of your programme.
• Provide you with 1-1 support to help motivate and encourage you.
• Hold monthly reviews on your progress.

During your studies, your training will be broken down into the following sections:

• Instructor-led virtual classes
• Course coaching sessions
• Study Buddy
• Self-study using the Live Study Planner

Once you have completed your training, practical labs, assessments, and exams, you will go through the recruitment process, where we will help you become job ready.
